Jane and Elbert Marshall Concert Series: November 2nd. 7:30 pm

is pleased to announce the Inaugural Concert of the Jane and Elbert Marshall
Concert Series at Northaven United Methodist Church. Established in the Spring
of 2007, the concert series will include nationally-known musicians and groups
as well as local artists.Click

7:30 pm on Friday, November 2nd is Organist Gail Archer. Dr. Archer is an
international concert organist, lecturer, and recording artist, and makes her
home in New York City. She maintains an active performance schedule throughout
the US and in Europe. Currently Chair of the Music Department at Barnard
College, Columbia University, she was recently appointed Professor of Organ at
Manhattan School of Music.Northaven is
proud to recognize long-time members Jane and Elbert Marshall by naming the
concert series in their honor. Jane and Elby’s contributions are renown -
to Northaven, to their community, and to church music programs throughout the
US. Their mentoring roles to an entire generation of church musicians and
leaders are acknowledged by Northaven through the establishment and naming of
this Concert Series.Tickets for the
event are $15 for adults and $5 for students, and will be available following
Sunday morning services each week. Mark your calendars now for this first-time
