Consecration Day/Bill Holmes Day Memories
Share your thoughts with the Northaven
Community
Yesterday was an exciting day in the life of
Northaven Church. We remembered the Bill Holmes era in our Sunday morning
worship, and we celebrated the consecration of our new sanctuary in the
afternoon. Even with torrential rains and flooding, a total of 660 people were
in attendance at the two services, making it perhaps the largest single-day
worship attendance in Northaven's
history.
Now, it's your turn to share
your memories of the day with the Northaven
Community.

Some questions to get
your juices flowing:
-- What are
your thoughts about Sunday's special service, "Remembering the Bill Holmes
Years?"
-- What are your memories of Bill
Holmes as a pastor?
-- What were the important
events in Northaven's life at the time?
-- What
world events were the events that most moved/challenged the
congregation?
-- What legacies of that time
live on today?
-- What will you remember
from our consecration service
yesterday?
