We need your input!!

Dear Northaveners,

The Covenant Fund Committee needs your feedback to assist us in planning
educational programs that are relevant and meaningful to the congregation.

We're inviting every adult in your household to complete a brief on-line
survey, which lists options for seminars on such topics as wills and estate
planning; understanding Social Security, Medicare and prescription drug plan
benefits; and charitable giving and associated tax benefits.

We are also seeking your feedback on whether you have prepared a will and if
you have included a charitable bequest to Northaven in it.

If you wish, you can respond to the survey anonymously. However, if you
include your name, we will be able to contact you about a seminar of
specific interest or, if you have made a bequest to Northaven, we will be
able to thank you and discuss how you wish to designate your gift.
