We all know that breathing is an essential part of life. It is possible, however to use breathing as a practice to reduce stress, re-focus on what is important and listen to what is going on within us. This gathering will be offered throughout the season of Lent (and perhaps beyond). The nature of this practice makes it possible for anyone to come at anytime and not feel lost. There is no curriculum, nothing to prepare or read beforehand.
